We have developed a holistic and comprehensive learning and development model which is scalable, flexible and fully customisable according to specific client needs.
This model is appropriate for all organisation sizes, industries and sectors.
The model presented below sets out the fully-fledged Tiger Consulting training, learning and development methodology. However, this model is modular in nature and organisations can utilise particular dimensions of the model in isolation.
The key differentiating features of our approach are:

Programme evaluation by feedback forms (e.g. happy sheets) is standard practice. However, the Tiger Model™ goes beyond a rudimentary assessment of programme reactions to evaluate training and development outcomes at higher levels. This involves evaluation of actual learning, subsequent behaviour change and improvement, and ultimately individual and organisational results.
